COACHING, EQUIPPING AND TRAINING CHURCH LEADERS - WE HAVE ASSEMBLED A TEAM OF EXPERIENCED AND CARING COACHES WHO PROVIDE MENTORING, CONSULTING, COUNSELING AND ENCOURAGEMENT TO LEADERS ALL OVER EASTERN EUROPE, RUSSIA AND CENTRAL ASIA. WE ARE TRAINING NEW COACHES FROM THESE COUNTRIES TO PROVIDE THIS KIND OF CARE TO ONE ANOTHER.
PLANTING NEW CHURCHES - WE HELP LOCAL CHURCH LEADERS TO DEVELOP MORE LEADERS, BUILD EFFECTIVE LAUNCH TEAMS, ENGAGE IN EVANGELISM, PROVIDE DISCIPLESHIP FOR NEW BELIEVERS, START SMALL GROUPS AND ENJOY SUNDAY CELEBRATIONS. WE ENCOURAGE CHURCHES TO BECOME HEALTHY CHURCHES THAT PLANT DAUGHTER CHURCHES THROUGHOUT THEIR CITIES AND COUNTRIES.

IN ADDITION, WE PARTNER WITH LOCAL BELIEVERS TO MEET LOCAL NEEDS IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. WE RESPONDED TO THE NEEDS OF MANY INDIVIDUALS DISPLACED BY THE CONFLICT IN UKRAINE.
