THE STRINDBERG LABORATORY IS A PROFESSIONAL THEATRE COMPANY THAT CREATES COMMUNITY-BASED THEATER WITH PERSONS FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS.ORIGINAL THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS CONSIST OF PEOPLE FROM AROUND THE WORLD AND FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE AND HELP TO BUILD BRIDGES BETWEEN COMMUNITIES THAT ARE NORMALLY SEPARATED.THE COMPANY BELIEVES THAT DIVERSITY IS THE KEY INGREDIENT TO CREATING TRULY UNIQUE AND TRANSFORMATIONAL THEATRE AT THE HIGEST LEVEL.IT ALSO PROVIDES THEATRE WORKSHOPS FOR LOCAL COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS THAT ENAGE A WIDE VARIETY OF PERSONS FROM DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES SUCH AS INCARCERATED, FORMERLY INCARCERATED , COLLEGE STUDENTS , PEOPLE WITH MENTAL AND HEALTH RELATED ISSUES, AUTISTIC PERSONS AND MANY MORE DIVERSE POPULATIONS.
