DRAKE AUXILIO DIVINO IS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, DUILY ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, UNDER THE TEXAS BUSINESS ORGANIZATION CODE. THE PURPOSES OF THE ORGANIZATION ARE:(1) TO PROVIDE CHARITABLE ASSISTANCE TO THE EMPLOYEES OF DRAKE PLASTICS, LTD. CO., DRAKE RESEARCH LIMITED, DRAKE PLASTICS PRODUCTS, INC. AND ANY OTHER COMPANY DRAKE PLASTICS PRODUCTS,INC. MAY OWN: AND(2) THE OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT OF REAL PROPERTY ("PROPERTY") FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE DRAKE COMPANIES. THE PROPERTY IS TO BE USED FOR PHILANTHROPIC OR COMMUNITY SERVICE PURPOSES SUCH AS CAMPS, RETREATS, TRAININGS, RELIGIOUS SERVICES, CEREMONIES, AND MEETINGS. USERS OF THE PROPERTY WILL PRIMARILY BE OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, HOWEVER COMMERCIAL SHORT TERM RENTALS TO PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS OR COMPANIES ARE ENCOURAGED AND AND ANY REVENUE FROM COMMERCIAL RENTALS WILL BE USED TO OFFSET THE COST OF OWNING AND OPERATING THE PROPERTY.
