AND ANY OTHER COMPANY DRAKE PLASTICS PRODUCTS,INC. MAY OWN: AND(2) THE OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT OF REAL PROPERTY ("PROPERTY") FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE DRAKE COMPANIES. THE PROPERTY IS TO BE USED FOR PHILANTHROPIC OR COMMUNITY SERVICE PURPOSES SUCH AS CAMPS, RETREATS, TRAININGS, RELIGIOUS SERVICES, CEREMONIES, AND MEETINGS.
