THE CHARITY WILL ALSO FOCUS ON EFFORTS TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON THE IMPORTANCE OF SPAYING AND NEUTERING THEIR ANIMALS TO PREVENT THE OVERPOPULATION OF ANIMALS IN TEXAS.
