PROVIDED JOB TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN A REAL CAFE SETTING, TEACHING VOCATIONAL AND LIFE SKILLS THAT ENHANCE AND ENRICH THE EVERYDAY LIVES OF PARTICIPANTS. ALL OF OUR PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS ARE YOUNG ADULTS WITH AN INTELLECTUAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY. THE PROGRAM TEACHES THE HARD SKILLS NECESSARY FOR ANY EMPLOYMENT SETTING AS WELL AS THE SOFT SKILLS NEEDED FOR RESTAURANT WORK, SMALL RETAIL, LANDSCAPE OR A STOCKROOM SETTING.
