THE BARBARA DOUGAN FOUNDATION AIMS TO BENEFIT WOMEN AND CHILDRENBY ENABLING THEM TO SUCCEED ON THEIR OWN. WE ENDEAVOR TO INVEST IN EDUCATION ANDINFRASTUCTURE WHICH WILL PROVIDE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT IN THEIR SITUATION OVER TIME.

CONTRIBUTED $113,099 TO THE BIG RHINO CHILDREN'S COMMUNITY LOCATEDIN NAIROBI, KEYNA. THE FUNDS ARE USED FOR OPERATIONAL EXPENSES INCLUDING FOOD, HOUSING AND SCHOOL FEES FORAPPROXIMATELY 120 STUDENTS AND FUNDS FOR LIVING EXPENSES OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE COMMUNITY.


CONTRIBUTED A TOTAL OF $61,295 TO BENEFIT ST. ANDREW'S TARABETE SCHOOL LOCATED IN NAIVASHA. THE FUNDS ARE USED TO FUND SCHOOL AND DORM FEES INCLUDING TUITION AS WELL AS COLLEGE TUITIONAND TRADE SCHOOL FEES AFTER GRADUATION FROM ST. ANDREW'S. ALSO CONTRIBUTED TOWARDSCONSTRUCTION OF DORMITORIES.
