FURTHERMORE, THE ABOVE REFERENCED ORGANIZATIONS ARE RECOGNIZED AS EXEMPT 501 C 3 ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE PUBLIC CHARITIES, WHOSE PURPOSES FULFILL THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION.
