ICAN SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT PROVIDES JOB SEARCH, PLACEMENT AND ON THE JOB TRAINING & SUPPORT FOR OUR CLIENTS. CLIENTS ARE EMPLOYED AT MINIMUM WAGE OR ABOVE JOBS & INTERNSHIPS. COACHING IS PROVIDED ON A ONE TO ONE BASIS. FUNDING IS PROVIDED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND BY LOCAL NON-PROFIT AGENCIES.
ICAN DAY PROGRAMS ICAN'S DAY PROGRAMS TEACH LIFE SKILLS AND PROVIDES SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT FOR OUR CLIENTS THROUGH CLASSES, CLUBS & ACTIVITIES. EACH COACH WORKS WITH THREE CLIENTS.
