PINELLAS VILLAGE IS A NOT-FOR -PROFIT APARTMENT COMMUNITY AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY PROGRAM FOR SINGLE PARENTS. WE HAVE 120 APARTMENTS LOCATED ON 14 ACRES IN THE SEMINOLE, FLORIDA AREA. ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE 2 BEDROOM/1 BATH APARTMENTS AND 3 BEDROOM/1 1/2 BATH APARTMENTS. EACH APARTMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH A REFRIGERATOR, STOVE, AND DISHWASHER. LAUNDRY FACILITIES ARE ON SITE AND RENT INCLUDES WATER/SEWER/GARBAGE. THE COMMUNITY HAS ON-SITE CHILD CARE OPERATED BY R'CLUB, A COMMUNITY ROOM, PLAYGROUND AREAS, PICNIC AREAS WITH GRILLS, AND AN ADULT AND CHILD'S POOL. WE SERVE SINGLE PARENTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 WITH NO MORE THAN 4 CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18. ALL PARENTS MUST WORK OR ATTEND SCHOOL FULL TIME (OR A COMBINATION OF BOTH) AND BE MOTIVATED TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT. APPLICANTS MUST AGREE TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND AND CREDIT CHECK. WE SERVE A TOTAL OF 279 CLIENTS.
