TO BETTER THE LIVES OF THE PEOPLE OF NEW ORLEANS BY RETURNING THE FORMER HOLY TRINITY CHURCH BUILDING TO ITS FORMER PLACE IN THE COMMUNITY AS A SPIRITUAL AND ARTISTIC RESOURCE CENTER OF THE PERFORMING ARTS AND A PLACE FOR COMMUNITY GATHERINGS, CELEBRATIONS AND WEDDINGS.

MARIGNY OPERA BALLET IS THE RESIDENT COMPANY OF THE MARIGNY OPERA HOUSE. THE BALLET PRODUCES ORIGINAL CONTEMPORARY BALLETYS TO LIVE MUSICAL ACCOMPANIMENT. FOUNDER AND ARTISTIC DIRECTOR DAVE HURLBERT PRODUCES EACH SEASON OF DANCE, HIRING CHOREOGRAPHERS, COMPOSERS, MUSICIANS AND DESIGNERS TO CREATE NEW WORKS DURING EACH SEASON, USUALLY SPANNING OCTOBER THROUGH MARCH.
