ABOVE BEYOND CANCER IS ELEVATING THE LIVES OF THOSE TOUCHED BY CANCER TO CREATE A HEALTHIER WORLD. THE ORGANIZATION PURSUES THIS MISSION THROUGH PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT CANCER SURVIVORS AND THEIR FAMILIES.

ABOVE BEYOND CANCER DELIVERED ON OUR MISSION OF ELEVATING THE LIVES OF THOSE TOUCHED BY CANCER, TO CREATE A HEALTHIER WORLD BY AGAIN EXPANDING OUR WEEKLY PROGRAMS AND PROVIDING NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR CANCER SURVIVORS AND CAREGIVERS TO GROWTH AND STRENGTHEN IN MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT. THE STAPLES OF OUR WEEKLY PROGRAMS SUCH AS TOTAL TRAINING, YOGA, MEDITATION, URBAN POLE WALKING, TAI CHI, INDOOR CYCLING, WERE JOINED BY QUINSTRETCH AND RECOVERY BEYOND. BIKE CLUB AND HIKE YOGA ARE TWO WAYS WE GET SURVIVORS AND CAREGIVERS OUT INTO NATURE TO ENJOY ALL OF THE AVAILABLE BENEFITS. OUR WEEKLY CANCER EDUCATION SERIES AND COOKING NUTRITION CLASSES CONTINUED TO BE RECORDED AND AVAILABLE ON THE ABOVE BEYOND CANCER YOUTUBE CHANNEL. ABOVE BEYOND CANCER AGAIN HOSTED THE ELEVATE FESTIVAL, WHERE NEARLY 300 PARTICIPANTS GATHERED FOR YOGA, MEDITATION AND A 5K RUN IN A DES MOINES PARK, AS WELL AS THE CELEBRATE LUNCHEON THAT WAS HELD IN DOWNTOWN DES MOINES.
