PURSE PROGRAM - THE SEW POWERFUL PURSE PROGRAM IS A WOMEN AND GIRLS' EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM. THE TEAM MEMBERS ARE TRAINED TO SEW AND TO MAKE SOAP, AND ARE PAID FOR THEIR WORK. THESE ITEMS ARE PACKED IN PURSES MADE BY DONORS AROUND THE WORLD, AND DELIVERED TO LOCAL GIRLS VIA HEALTH CLASS. THEY ARE CHALLENGED TO STAY IN SCHOOL ALL MONTH, EVEN ON THEIR PERIOD. DURING 2022, THE ORGANIZATION FILLED AND DISTRIBUTED 26,250 PURSES AND HAD OVER 14,000 ON-HAND TO FILL AND DISTRIBUTE IN 2023.


BUILDING PROGRAM - PROVIDE FUNDING FOR A NEW STRUCTURE WHICH HOUSES AN EXPANDED SEWING CO-OP, OFFICE SPACE, AND SPACE FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING. THE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE SPACE FOR AN INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF SEAMSTRESSES AND TO PROVIDE VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOR THE COMMUNITY.


FEEDING & TRAINING PROGRAM - ACTIVITIES ARE CONDUCTED IN THREE PROGRAM METHODS. FIRST, THE "3 ESTHERS FARM" FOCUSES ON PROVIDING FRESH FOOD TO OUR PARTNER SCHOOLS. SECOND, THE TIKONDANE GARDENS PROGRAM FOCUSES ON TEEN EMPOWERMENT BY HAVING TEENS MANAGE BACKYARD GARDENS FOR THE WIDOWS AND VULNERABLE HOUSEHOLDS IN OUR SERVICE AREA. THIRD, THE SCHOOL FEEDING INITIATIVE, CONDUCTED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH CONVOY OF HOPE, ALLOWS US TO SERVE HOT LUNCHES AT LOCAL SCHOOLS.IN TOTAL, WE SERVED ROUGHLY 6,500 LOCAL BENEFICIARIES THROUGH THIS PROGRAM, WHILE PROVIDING FUNDING FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND GOOD PAYING JOBS TO OUR TEAM MEMBERS.


ACADEMIC SUCCESS PROGRAM - THIS PROGRAM ASSISTS NEEDY STUDENTS WITH SCHOLARSHIPS AND HELPS FUND VOCATIONAL TRAINING INSTRUCTORS AND TEACHERS.
