TNE ORGANIZATION DESIGNS, PRODUCES, AND DISTRIBUTES COATS THAT WILL PROTECT HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS FROM THE HARSH ELEMENTS. THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH HUNDREDS OF OUTREACH ORGANIZATIONS AROUND THE GLOBE, THE ORGANIZATION IS ABLE TO SPREAD THE WARMTH AND EMPOWER COMMUNITIES NEAR AND FAR. 9,539 COATS WERE PRODUCED BY THE PRODUCTION TEAM, AND 9,429 COATS WERE DISTRIBUTED TO THOSE IN NEED.
TNE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT TO HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COAT MANUFACTURING PROCESS. THE ORGANIZATION'S WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM SAW DEEPENING SUCCESS THIS YEAR, AS 56 INDIVIDUALS WERE EMPLOYED, WITH SEVEN GRADUATING INTO STABLE JOBS. THE ORGANIZATION'S INNOVATIVE MODEL PAIRS FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT WITH A WIDE RANGE OF SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, ADDRESSING EVERYTHING FROM HOUSING AND CHILDCARE TO TRANSPORTATION, EDUCATION, AND MORE. WITH THE ORGANIZATION'S COMMUNITY OF PARTNERS, THE ORGANIZATION HAS CREATED AN ECOSYSTEM OF SUPPORT THAT HELPS PEOPLE ACHIEVE FINANCIAL STABILITY AND INDEPENDENCE FOR THEIR WHOLE FAMILY.
