GOOD SAMARITAN MINISTRIES HAS 75% OWNERSHIP OF THE DEVELOPMENT AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. THE SITE IS LOCATED ON 96TH STREET NORTH OF THE CITY OF ZEELAND, MICHIGAN. OCCUPANCY BEGAN IN JANUARY 2019. THE PROJECT NAME IS STATE STREET TOWNHOMES AND THIRD COAST HOMES IS THE UMBRELLA NAME OF THE JOINT TENANCY ARRANGEMENT WITH LAKESHORE HABITAT FOR HUMANITY.
