THIS IS ACHIEVED THROUGH DIRECT DONATIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS, CORPORATIONS, LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS, CHURCHES, AND PRIVATE AND PUBLIC GRANTORS. BASED ON NEED, DISTRIBUTION IS PROVIDED YEAR-ROUND IN A NONDISCRIMINATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, AND EQUITABLE MANNER.
