WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT: CONDUCTED 175 HOURS OF VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON TRAININGS TO 155 STAFF ACROSS OREGON. OFFERED MONTHLY REFLECTIVE SUPERVISION TO 38 WORKERS ACROSS THE STATE TO PROMOTE WELLNESS.DATA COLLECTION AND REPORTING: SUPPORTED THE COLLECTION OF DATA AND REPORTING FOR RELIEF NURSERIES.STATEWIDE HIPAA SECURITY AUDIT AND TRAINING: WE FACILITATED A STATEWIDE TRAINING ON HIPAA COMPLIANCE AND DATA SECURITY.
