DESPITE THE CONTINUED COVID TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS, WE WERE ABLE TO GO TO ZAMBIA AND DO A WORKSHOP IN MAY AND ANOTHER ONE IN MEXICO IN DECEMBER. OTHER THAN THAT, WE HAVE STILL NOT BEEN ABLE TO TRAVEL ABROAD BUT HAVE CONTINUED TO MAINTAIN AND STRENGTHEN CONTACTS AND AFFILIATIONS WITH OUR OVERSEAS CONSTITUENTS. MANY HAVE CONTINUED TO BE DISCIPLED THROUGH OUR ONGOING EFFORTS. MANY TEACHER AND STUDENT MANUALS WERE PRINTED AND DISTRIBUTED, AS WELL AS BIBLES. WE WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE A PHOTOCOPIER/PRINTER FOR THE FIELD OF LIBERIA. NEW CURRICULUM WAS DEVELOPED: 1 PETER AND THE CREATION TO CHRIST. WE CONTINUED MULTIPLE WORKSHOPS VIA THE INTERNET ON A DAILY/WEEKLY BASIS. WE ALSO HELD NUMEROUS IN-PERSON YOUTH WORKSHOPS, ALONG WITH A WOMEN'S WORKSHOP IN THE SUMMER.
WE STARTED TWO HUBS FOR DISCIPLE-MAKING, FOCUSED PRIMARILY ON YOUNG ADULTS, IN HOPES OF LEVERAGING DISCIPLE MAKING FOR MANY YEARS TO COME. ONE TRAINING PROGRAM WAS STARTED IN BEAUMONT TEXAS IN CONJUNCTION WITH BEAUMONT BIBLE CHURCH. THE OTHER TRAINING PROGRAM WAS STARTED IN BOLIVIA, SOUTH AMERICA, WHERE STUDENTS ARE NOW BEING TRAINED FOR LONG-TERM, EFFECTIVE MINISTRY/DISCIPLESHIP. THESE WERE HERCULEAN EFFORTS, AND THOUGH COSTLY, THEY WERE VERY ECONOMICAL IN COMPARISON TO OTHER SIMILAR MODELS. STAFFING WAS ADDED TO OUR GROWING MINISTRY.
