CONDUCTED BY A TEAM OF VOLUNTEERS AND STAFF, THE TRAINING ENCOURAGES ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY. PARTICIPANTS GAININSIGHT AND SKILLS FOR EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS, JOB SEARCHTACTICS, RESUME DEVELOPMENT, NETWORKING, CONFLICT MANAGEMENT,REFLECTIVE LISTENING, DRESSING FOR SUCCESS, INTERVIEWING AND JOB RETENTION.
