FARM OPERATIONS ON .50 ACRES OF A 2 ACRE FARM PRODUCING APPROXIMATELY 23,000 POUNDS OF PRODUCE, WHICH WAS DONATED TO JFS, KAVOD SENIOR LIFE AND SAMECAFE, SPIRIT OF THE SUN, METRO CARING AND VARIOUS FOOD PANTRIES. APPROXIMATELY 1000 VOLUNTEERS PARTICIPATED IN FARMING ACTIVITIES.
YOUTH AND FAMILY FOOD SYSTEMS. FOOD CULTIVATION AND PREPARATION, AND FOOD SYSTEMS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABLY EXPERIMENTIAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND ADULTS, INCLUDING PROGRAMMING WITH SCHOOLS.
