OUTPATIENT SERVICES PROVIDE INTEGRATED WHOLE PERSON CARE TO FAMILIES, ADULTS, ADOLESCENTS, YOUTH AND CHILDREN; PROVIDING PHYSICAL HEALTH CARE, WELLNESS, PREVENTION, BEHAVIORAL AND MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING, SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER AND ADDICTION TREATMENT, SCHOOL BASED SERVICES, LIVING SUPPORTS, MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT (MAT), INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT THERAPIES, GENDER-SPECIFIC SERVICES. THESE FAMILY AND INDIVIDUAL SERVICES, INTEGRATED WITH PRIMARY CARE SERVICES, HELP PATIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR HIGHEST LEVELS OF WELLNESS AND INDEPENDENCE. SERVICES ARE EVIDENCED BASED AND TRAUMA INFORMED. FOR THE YEAR, APPROXIMATLEY 27,900 PEOPLE RECEIVED OUTPATIENT SERVICES.

TEAMS RESPOND TO SITUATIONS ON SITE, WHETHER IN THE HOME, AT SCHOOL, ON THE STREETS, OR IN A HOSPITAL AND PROVIDE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT, CONNECTION TO CARE, AND FOLLOW-UP CARE. FOR THE YEAR, APPROXIMATELY 13,400 PEOPLE RECEIVED CRISIS SERVICES,
FAMILY SERVICES OFFERS FAMILY-FOCUSED TREATMENT TO ENSURE HEALTHY FAMILIES AND CHILDREN. SPECIALTY SERVICES FOCUS ON SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER TREATMENT TO FAMILIES WHERE SUBSTANCE USE HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS PUTTING CHILDREN AT RISK. THESE SERVICES PROMOTE FAMILY STABILITY WHILE SUPPORTING CHILD SAFETY. PROVIDING PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS THE TOOLS NEEDED TO SUCCESFULLY RAISE CHILDREN TO YOUNG ADULTHOOD. CHILD AND ADOLESCENT SERVICES FOCUS ON LEARNING, COPING SKILLS, SUBSTANCE USE PREVENTION, AND BEHAVIOR DEVELOPMENT. SERVICES ARE EVIDENCED BASED AND TRAUMA INFORMED. THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 6,700 FAMILIES SERVED BY FAMILY SERVICES DURING THE YEAR.
TERROS HEALTH IS A RECOGNIZED PATIENT CENTERED MEDICAL HOME (PCMH) WHICH PROVIDES INTEGRATED PRIMARY AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE. FOR THE YEAR, APPROXIMATELY 9,900 PEOPLE RECEIVED PRIMARY CARE SERVICES. COMMUNITY PREVENTION SERVICES PROVIDE TESTING, EDUCATION, AND OUTREACH ACTIVITIES FOR PERSONS AT RISK OR CURRENTLY INFECTED WITH HIV AND OTHER SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS.
