DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING: RECEIVED A TAX CREDIT ALLOCATION FOR A 72 UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IN HOBBS, NM, FOR FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS. CONSTRUCTION BEGAN IN 2019 AND WAS COMPLETED IN MAY 2021. RECEIVED A TAX CREDIT ALLOCATION FOR A 96-UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IN ALBUQUERQUE, NM, FOR FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS. CONSTRUCTION BEGAN IN 2020 AND IS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED IN 2022. RECEIVED AN AWARD FOR A 42-UNIT PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IN ALBUQUERQUE, NM, INTENDED TO SERVE THE "HARDEST TO HOUSE" HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS.
