THE PROJECTS INCLUDE NEW COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE THAT SERVES AS PART OF LARGER MIXED USE DEVELOPMENTS AND REDEVELOPMENT OF VACANT PROPERTIES INTO COMMERCIAL AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES.REGIONAL COMMUNITY FINANCE ALSO HAS AN OPERATING LEASE ON ONE OF THE NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT PROPERTIES.
