THEIR PURPOSE IS TO CULTIVATE AND DISSEMINATE NEW IDEAS AND WAYS OF WORKING AS PARTICIPANTS SHARE KNOWLEDGE, INNOVATIVE IDEAS, AND EFFECTIVE PRACTICES. HIGHLY EXPERIENTIAL, THIS COHORT-BASED PROGRAM CONCLUDED WITH INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING SESSIONS FOCUSED ON APPLICATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. THE FIRST OF TWO NEW ILA EVENT FORMATS WAS HELD ON 7 DECEMBER.
