WASTE WATER PROGRAM - PROVIDING ASSISTANCE FOR NEW OR IMPROVED WATER AND/OR WASTE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS TO RURAL AREAS.
OTHER PROGRAMS FUNDED BY STATE REVOLVING FUND AND BUREAU OF RECLAMATION.
