BUSINESS ATTIRE: THE BUSINESS ATTIRE PROGRAM IS A SERVICE PROGRAM DESIGNED TO PROVIDE UNEMPLOYED OR UNDEREMPLOYED WOMEN WITH PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS ATTIRE, A SENSE OF EMPOWERMENT, AND CONFIDENCE TO BEGIN THEIR JOB SEARCH OR EMPLOYMENT JOURNEY. WE PAIR WOMEN WITH HIGHLY TRAINED IMAGE COACHES WHO HELP THEM CHOOSE HEAD-TO-TOE CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES THAT ARE APPROPRIATE FOR A PROFESSIONAL INTERVIEW OR JOB. THIS PROGRAM IS THE FINISHING TOUCH IN OUR SUITE OF SERVICES. 208 WOMEN RECEIVED CLOTHING PACKAGES OR BEAUTY PRODUCTS FROM THE ORGANIZATION DURING 2021.


PROFESSIONAL INTELLIGENCE: THE PROFESSIONAL INTELLIGENCE (PI) PROGRAM IS AN EMPLOYMENT READINESS AND CAREER ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM DESIGNED TO ASSIST UNEMPLOYED OR UNDEREMPLOYED WOMEN OBTAIN THE NECESSARY 21ST CENTURY EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS FOR BOTH SECURING AND RETAINING LIVING WAGE EMPLOYMENT. PI EQUIPS PARTICIPANTS WITH THE PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, BEHAVIORS, AND ATTITUDES THAT ARE ESSENTIAL TO SUCCESSFULLY NAVIGATE THE WORKFORCE WITH EMPHASIS ON EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, FINANCIAL LITERACY, DIGITAL LITERACY, AND A NETWORK OF SUPPORT.


PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S GROUP: THE PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S GROUP IS A PEER-TO-PEER NETWORKING GROUP FOR UNEMPLOYED AND UNDEREMPLOYED WOMEN TO BUILD THEIR LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND GROW THEIR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL NETWORKS.


CAREER CENTER: THE CAREER CENTER OFFERS INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICES AND RESOURCES THAT ARE VITAL FOR WOMEN ENTERING THE WORKFORCE OR ADVANCING IN THEIR CAREER. CAREER COACHES ARE AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT TO SERVICE OUR CLIENTS ON A ONE-TO-ONE BASIS TO HELP THEM CREATE SUPERIOR RESUMES AND COVER LETTERS, PROVIDE CAREER COUNSELING, JOB SEARCH STRATEGIES, CONDUCT MOCK INTERVIEWS, AS WELL AS ASSIST WITH ACCESS TO OUR COMPUTER-BASED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TRAINING COURSES. BY OFFERING THE RESOURCES AND SUPPORT NEEDED TO BUILD HER PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, WE GIVE OUR CLIENTS A COMPETITIVE EDGE WHEN SEARCHING FOR NEW EMPLOYMENT OR VYING FOR A PROMOTION.
