TO PROMOTE AND DEVELOP EMPLOYMENT AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS. TO ADVOCATE FOR AND PROMOTE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF JOB TRAINING AND REFERRAL SERVICES FOR DISPLACED WORKERS AND DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS. TO PROMOTE RURAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND COMBAT THE CAUSES OF RURAL POVERTY.

TARGETED POPULATIONS SERVED ARE VERY LOW-INCOME, SEASONAL AND MIGRANT FARM AND RANCH WORKERS, FUNDING IS PROVIDED THROUGH DIRECT GRANTS FROM THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, NATIONAL FARMWORKERS JOBS PROGRAM.
