TO ADVOCATE AND PROMOTE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF JOB TRAINING AND REFERRAL SERVICES FOR DISPLACED WORKERS AND DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS. TARGETED POPULATIONS SERVED ARE VERY LOW-INCOME, SEASONAL AND MIGRANT FARM AND RANCH WORKERS, FUNDING IS PROVIDED THROUGH DIRECT GRANTS FROM THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, NATIONAL FARMWORKERS JOBS PROGRAM.
