LENDING AND SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - AEDA PROVIDES LOANS AND FINANCIAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE TWIN CITIES' ASIAN COMMUNITIES AND OPERATES A REVOLVING LOAN POOL FINANCED BY GOVERNMENT GRANTS, CONTRIBUTIONS, REDC, AND INTEREST EARNED ON LOANS.
