IT'S TIME TEXAS, INC. ("ITT") IS A STATEWIDE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT IS LEADING THE CHARGE FOR A HEALTHIER TEXAS. ITT'S AWARD-WINNING, EVIDENCE- INFORMED PROGRAMS AND SERVICES EMPOWER TEXANS TO LEAD HEALTHIER LIVES, BUILD HEALTHIER COMMUNITIES, AND CONTRIBUTE TO A HEALTHIER STATE. ITT WILL IMPACT THE HEALTH OF MORE THAN 1 MILLION TEXANS IN OVER 500 COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE STATE. ITT'S PRIMARY SOURCES OF INCOME ARE GRANTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS RECEIVED. ITT FOCUSES ON IMPROVING SCHOOL, STUDENT, AND FAMILY HEALTH; INCREASING HEALTHY BEHAVIORS (PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, NUTRITION); AND BUILDING HEALTH- RELATED CAPACITY AMONG SCHOOLS, EMPLOYERS, NONPROFITS, AND COMMUNITIES. SINCE LAUNCHING AND THROUGH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS (E.G., H-E-B, TEXAS HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM), OUR INITIATIVES HAVE IMPACTED THE HEALTH OF MILLIONS OF TEXANS IN HUNDREDS OF COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE STATE. IN A SHORT TIME, ITT HAS BECOME THE RECOGNIZED LEADER IN UNIFYING THE EFFORT TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS OF TEXANS, PARTICULARLY KIDS AND FAMILIES. ITT HAS BEEN VERY SUCCESSFUL IN ENGAGING INDIVIDUALS AND INSTITUTIONS IN A VARIETY OF PROGRAMS AND STATEWIDE INITIATIVES.
