EDUCATIONAL/CHARITABLE - PROVIDE CHILDCARE AND ARTS EDUCATION TO PRIMARILY ELEMENTARY AGED CHILDREN IN AN AFTERSCHOOL AND SUMMER ARTS PROGRAM. WE ALSO PROVIDE MUSIC THERAPY, CONTRACT SERVICES TO PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN THE ARE. WE OFF PRIVATE MUSIC LESSONS IN SEVERAL DISCIPLINES.

AFTER SCHOOL ARTS PROGRAM - GENERAL OPERATING EXPENSES FOR THE AFTER SCHOOL ARTS PROGRAM ARE THE PRIMARY EXPENDITURES. WE HAVE SERVED OVER 100 ELEMENTARY AGED CHILDREN IN OUR AFTER SCHOOL ARTS PROGRAM IN 2017. STUDENTS ATTEND SCHEDULED CLASSES, RECEIVE HOMEWORK ASSISTANCE, EXERCISE AND A NUTRITIOUS SNACK DAILY. OVER 70 STUDENTS ATTENDING THIS PROGRAM RECEIVED ASSISTANCE WITH SCHOLARSHIPS, TRANSPORTATION COSTS OR FEE ASSISTANCE. ALL ARTS, CRAFTS AND MUSICAL SUPPLIES WERE PROVIDED WITHOUT COSTS TO THE STUDENTS. ALL SNACKS, DRINKS AND PARTY SUPPLIES WERE PROVIDED WITHOUT COSTS TO THE STUDENTS. (100 STUDENTS) ARTS/CHILDCARE
SUMMER ARTS PROGRAM INCLUDES A FULL DAY, FULL SUMMER PROGRAM FOR ELEMENTARY AGED CHILDREN. THIS PROGRAM SERVED OVER 80 STUDENTS IN 2017. STUDENTS ATTEND SCHEDULED CLASSES (COMPUTER ART, ART, CRAFTS, MUSIC DRAMA, EXERCISE, HEALTH AND SAFETY, ETC.) PLAY OUTDOORS, REST, AND RECEIVE TWO NUTRITIOUS SNACKS DAILY. APPROXIMATELY 40 STUDENTS ATTENDING THIS PROGRAM RECEIVED ASSISTANCE WITH SCHOLARSHIPS OR FEE ASSISTANCE. ALL ARTS, CRAFTS, AND MUSICAL SUPPLIES WERE PROVIDED WITHOUT COSTS TO THE STUDENTS. ALL SNACKS, DRINKS AND PARTY SUPPLIES WERE PROVIDED WITHOUT COSTS TO THE STUDENTS. (80 STUDENTS) ARTS/CHILDCARE
COMMUNITY ARTS ACADEMY SERVED OVER 120 STUDENTS AGES 3 TO 65. WE EMPLOY TWO MUSIC THERAPISTS AND 4 INSTRUCTORS WHO TEACH AND TUTOR STUDENTS OF A VARIETY OF AGES AND ABILITIES IN GUITAR, PIANO, MUSIC THEORY, VIOLIN, PRE-SCHOOL MUSIC, MUSIC THERAPY, AND TUTORING IN ACADEMIC SUBJECTS. WE ALSO PROVIDE CONTRACT SERVICES (MUSIC THERAPY, SECRETARY, BOOKKEEPING, BABYSITTING AND JANITORIAL SERVICES) TO CHURCHES AND SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN THE AREA. WE PROVIDE MUSIC THERAPY SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY 90 STUDENTS IN THE PAMPA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CLARENDON INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT WE HAVE 15 STUDENTS TAKING PRIVATE AND GROUP LESSONS IN PIANO, GUITAR AND VIOLIN. WE HAVE OTHER STUDENTS BEING TUTORED IN MATH AND ENGLISH IN A GROUP SETTING. WE HAVE 4 STUDENTS RECEIVING PRIVATE MUSIC THERAPY SERVICES. ARTS/EDUCATION
