PUBLIC SUPPORT THROUGH GRANTS AND DONATIONS MAKES PERFORMING ARTS EDUCATION ACCESSIBLE TO ALL STUDENTS REGARDLESS OF FINANCIAL STATUS. HITS PROVIDES TUITION SCHOLARSHIPS TO ANY STUDENT WHO APPLIES.
