CHILDCARE CENTER: PROVIDE CHILDCARE SERVICES TO THE CHILDREN OF ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED FAMILIES.OUR CHILDCARE OFFERS PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN FROM BIRTH TO SIX YEARS OF AGE. OUR DEDICATED, WELL-TRAINED STAFF MEMBERS PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE START IN LIFE FOR EACH CHILD, AND THE COST OF CARE IS BASED ON A FAMILY'S ABILITY TO PAY. WE ARE LICENSED AND ACCREDITED, AND A PARTNER OF HEAD START AND EARLY HEAD START.THE CHILDCARE CENTER IS A SECURE FACILITY WITH EIGHT CLASSROOMS, A LIBRARY, AND EXPANSIVE OUTDOOR ACTIVITY AREAS. PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON SITE.
SOCIAL SERVICES: ASSISTANCE GIVEN TO FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS FOR BASIC NEEDS INCLUDING FOOD, RENT, UTILITY, AND PRESCRIPTIONS. SELF-SUFFICIENCY PROGRAMMING PROVIDED TO HELP INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES INCREASE THEIR ECONOMIC INDEPENDENCEOUR FOOD PANTRY PROVIDES FOOD ASSISTANCE TO PEOPLE LIVING IN ZIP CODES 63104 AND 63118 AND INCLDUED 695 CLIENTS IN 2021. RATHER THAN PROVIDE PRE-BOXED FOOD, GUARDIAN ANGEL ALLOWS CLIENTS TO SHOP FOR FOOD, BASED ON DIETARY AND RELIGIOUS NEEDS.EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PROVIDES DIRECT ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES, SENIORS AND INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE AT RISK FOR EVICTION, FORECLOSURE AND/OR UTILITY SHUT-OFF.RENTAL ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED TO 316 CLIENTS IN 2021 AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED TO 193 CLIENTS IN 2021.
