THE ASSOCIATION OF OTOLARYNGOLOGY ADMINISTRATION IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING EDUCATION, RESOURCES, AND NETWORKING IN OTOLARYNGOLOGY PRACTICE MANAGEMENT. WE ARE A PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION FOR PRACTICE MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATORS MANAGING EAR, NOSE, AND THROAT PHYSICIAN PRACTICES.

EDUCATION - OUR ANNUAL MEETING IS OUR LARGEST ACTIVITY. IN 2021 WE HAD A 2 DAY IN PERSON MEETING WHERE WE HAD APPROXIMATELY 140 ATTENDEES, 30 SPEAKERS, AND 30 EXHIBITORS. THIS MEETING ALLOWS ATTENDEES TO STAY ABREAST OF THE LATEST REGULATIONS, TECHNOLOGY, AND PROCESSES OCCURRING IN THE FIELD. THIS MEETING ALSO ALLOWS PARTICIPANTS TO NETWORK WITH OTHERS IN THEIR FIELD.
OUR WEBINAR PROGRAM ALLOWS PARTICIPANTS TO DIAL IN ON THEIR COMPUTER AND PHONE TO LISTEN TO SPEAKERS ON A VARIETY OF TOPICS. LAST YEAR WE PROVIDED 30 WEBINARS ON A VARIETY OF TOPICS IN PRACTICE MANAGEMENT, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, OPERATIONS, CODING, REGULATORY, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, BASIC EAR, NOSE AND THROAT TERMINOLOGY AND PROCEDURES, HUMAN RESOURCES, ETC. THESE ALLOW OUR MEMBERS AND THEIR PRACTICES TO OBTAIN EDUCATION WITHOUT EVER LEAVING THE OFFICE RESOURCES. WE PREPARE BENCHMARKING DATA AND SALARY SURVEY DATA TO USE AS A GUIDE FOR BENCHMARKING A PRACTICE. WE ALSO PROVIDE OTHER RESOURCES ON OUR WEBSITE FROM BOTH EXPERTS AND OTHER MEMBERS WHICH MAY ASSIST ANOTHER PRACTICE, I.E. PROCEDURES AND POLICIES, FORMS, AND OTHER INFORMATION WHICH WILL HELP PRODUCTIVITY IN THE EAR, NOSE AND THROAT PRACTICE.
