TO EXPOSE DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING ADULTS TO INDIVIDUALS CONSIDERED LEADERS AND ROLE MODELS.TO PROMOTE ACTIVITIES AND INTERACTION AMONG DIFFERENT RANGES OF DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING ADULTS.TO PROMOTE A COLLABORATIVE EFFORT, ADVOCACY AND SOCIETAL ADVANCEMENT OF THOSE ADULTS DURING CONFERENCES AND WORKSHOPS.TO ENABLE THE DEAF, HARD OF HEARING, AND PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS TO OPEN THEIR EYES TO THE ENRICHING WORLD OF CONFERENCES, WORKSHOPS, CAMPING, TRAINING, LEADERSHIP, AND SOCIALIZING. THIS PROGRAM IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH A PROVEN MIX OF DEAF-CULTURED EVENTS, CONFERENCES, WORKSHOPS, CAMPOUTS, SPORTS, AND VARIOUS TRAINING SUCH AS LEADERSHIP, SELF-DEFENSE, EMERGENCY AWARNESS, ETC.
