TO EXPOSE DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING ADULTS TO SUCCESSFUL CAREER PEOPLE CONSIDERED LEADERS AND ROLE MODELS.TO PROMOTE ACTIVITIES AND INTERACTION AMONG DIFFERENT RANGES OF DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING ADULTS.TO PROMOTE A COLLABORATIVE EFFORT, ADVOCACY AND SOCIETAL ADVANCEMENT OF THOSE ADULTS DURING CONFERENCES AND WORKSHOPS.TO ENABLE THE DEAF, HARD OF HEARING, AND PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS TO OPEN THEIR EYES TO THE ENRICHING WORLD OF CONFERENCES, WORKSHOPS, CAMPING, TRAINING, LEADERSHIP, AND SOCIALIZING.
