HOUSING AND CARE OF DISABLED/HANDICAPPED. WE OPERATE A HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES PROGRAM, A HABILITATION PROGRAM AND A DAY HAB PROGRAM FOR RESIDENTS OF THE LOCAL AREA.

WE SERVE MANY CONSUMERS WHO WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO FUNCTION IN THE COMMUNITY WITHOUT OUR ASSISTANCE. IN FISCAL YEAR 2016, WE CONVERTED THE RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY INTO TWO DIFFERNT HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED PROGRAM SERVICES SITES. IN ADDITION, WE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED PROGRAM SERVICES AND HABILITATION SERVICES AT VARIOUS SITES FOR MANY CONSUMERS. WE ALSO OPERATE A DAY HAB PROGRAM FOR CONSUMERS.
