WELCOME HOME SOLDIER IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED FOR PURPOSES THAT ARE BENEFICIAL TO THE PUBLIC INTEREST, SPECIFICALLY FOR THE ERECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC MONUMENTS OF NATIONAL MAGNITUDE TO HONOR ALL UNITED STATES VETERANS, LIVING AND DECEASED.
