THE HOMES ARE USED TO PROVIDE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES TO LOW-INCOME FAMILIES THROUGH LEASE/PURCHASE, CONTRACT PURCHASE, TURNKEY, AND RENTALS. IN PARTNERSHIP WITH GOVERNMENTAL OR NONPROFIT ENTITIES, HOME, INC. MAY ACT AS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR IN THE BUILDING OR IMPROVING HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME PEOPLE IN POLK COUNTY.
COMMUNITY HOUSING SERVICES PROGRAM - PROVIDES COUNSELING, EDUCATION AND CITIZENS' ADVOCACY SERVICES TO ASSIST TENANTS, LANDLORDS, AND HOMELESS PEOPLE. HOME, INC.
