VOCATIONAL WORK SERVICES INCLUDING ADULT DAY CARE, INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM PLANS WITH GOAL OF EMPLOYMENT, WORK ADJUSTMENT TRAINING THROUGH THE USE OF SUB- CONTRACT WORK FROM INDUSTRY. ALSO SUPPLY TRAINING IN COMMUNICATION, SOCIALIZATION, ADULT INDEPENDENT LIVING AND ADULT EDUCATION. PROVIDE PREVOCATIONAL, SOCIAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR BASIC SELF CARE & FUNCTIONAL ACADEMICS. IN ADDITION THE AGENCY PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL SERVICES TO ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES AS WELL AS THOSE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. RESIDENTIAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED THROUGH COMMUNITY BASED HOMES AS WELL AS INSTITUTIONAL BASED SERVICES IN RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITIES. APPROXIMATELY 325 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED IN THE PAST YEAR.
