PROVIDING HOUSING, 24-HOUR CARE, AND REHABILITATION OF 217 INTELLECTUALLY AND DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED RESIDENTS. IN EFFORTS TO STOP THE SPREAD OF COVID-19. WE HAVE FORMED A INFECTION CONTROL (COVID-19) COMMITTEE. WE ALSO FORMED A HIGH QUALITY SURVEY PERFORMANCE SUCCESS TEAM TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH HIGHLY COMPLEX BEHAVIORAL AND MEDICAL NEEDS. THE INTERMEDIATE CARE STAFF ALSO HAS A CERTIFIED DEMENTIA PRACTITIONER THROUGH THE NCCDP IN THERE UNIT.
PROVIDING OCCUPATIONAL AND LIVE-SKILLS TRAINING AND ENRICHMENT TO 81 PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. DURING COVID-19 WE HAVE RECENTLY DEVELOPED A ZOOM PROGRAM TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO OUR RESIDENTS.
