THE ORGANIZATION STRIVES TO DECREASE THE TIME ANIMALS SPEND IN THEIR FACILITIES BY INCREASING ADOPTIONS. THE ORGANIZATION'S GOAL IS TO REDUCE THE TIME ANIMALS SPEND IN THEIR FACILITIES. ANIMAL WELFARE IS A TOP PRIORITY AND APPROPRIATE CARE IS TAKEN TO KEEP ANIMALS HEALTHY UNTIL THEY CAN BE ADOPTED.
