LOW COST SPAY/NEUTER CLINIC THE LOW-COST SPAY/NEUTER CLINIC PERFORMED 9,309 SPAY/NEUTER SURGERIES PREVENTING AN ESTIMATED 38,000 UNWANTED PETS ENTERING AREA SHELTERS. THROUGH LOW-COST VACCINES AND FREE MICROCHIPPING AT THE TIME OF SURGERY, THOUSANDS OF AREA RESIDENTS RECEIVED LIFE-SAVING VACCINES. SOUTH SUBURBAN LOW COST VETERINARY SERVICES CLINIC THE SSLCVSC SAW 14,608 PATIENTS HELPING THESE PETS TO STAY WITH THE PET PARENTS WHO LOVE THEM.
ANIMAL RESCUE, ADOPTION, AND PLACEMENT SERVICES SSHS TOOK IN 4631 ANIMALS, PLACED 3465 PETS THROUGH ADOPTION, TRANSFERRED 139 OUT TO RESCUE, AND RETURNED 470 LOST PETS TO THEIR OWNERS FOR A TOTAL LIFE SAVING PERCENTAGE OF 92.6%
