SUPPORT THE ACTIVITIES OF THE ROTARY CLUBS WITHIN THE DISTRICT BY PROVIDING LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM MATERIALS AND HOSTING MEETINGS. THE DISTRICT ALSO ADMINISTERS GRANTS FOR LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS SPONSORED BY CLUBS IN THE DISTRICT.

DISTRICT DESIGNATED FUNDS - EACH YEAR THE ROTARY FOUNDATION ALLOCATES EACH ROTARY DISTRICT A PORTION OF PREVIOUSLY DONATED FUNDS FROM DISTRICT MEMBERS. THESE FUNDS CAN BE APPLIED FOR BY DISTRICT MEMBERS (ROTARY CLUBS) TO BE USED FOR A WIDE RANGE OF HUMANITARIAN, EDUCATIONAL AND PUBLIC GOOD PROJECTS.


PROGRAM SERVICES - INCLUDES EVENTS AND CONFERENCES THE DISTRICT PUTS ON FOR THE CLUBS. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION FOR THE PAUL HARRIS SOCIETY, WHICH SOLICITS AND CELEBRATES DONATORS OF $1,000 FOR THE REST OF THE DONORS LIFE. MONEY IS GIVEN TO THE FOUNDATION, WHICH IN TERMS COMES BACK TO THE DISTRICT IN THREE YEARS, AS A DONATION OF THE DISTRICT.


NORTH STAR YOUTH EXCHANGE - A PROGRAM WHERE INTERNATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES ARE PROVIDED TO EAGER, AMBITIOUS, AND INQUISITIVE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TO COME EXPERIENCE AMERICAN LIFE, OR TO GO ABROAD TO ONE OF 33 COUNTRIES AROUND THE WORLD.
