THE YOUNG AUTHORS CONFERENCE (YAC) IS A FIELD TRIP FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES 4-8 WITH SESSIONS LED BY AUTHORS, POETS, STORYTELLERS, JOURNALISTS, AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL WRITERS. YAC WAS HELD ON MARCH 15, 2024, AND MAY 28, 29, AND 30, 2024.
4D - OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES (DESCRIBE ON SCHEDULE O) - CREATIVECON, SPELLING BEE, FUTURE CITY COMPETITION, AND KNOWLEDGE BOWL.
STEMLINK IS A FIELD TRIP FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES 5 AND 6 THAT TAKES PLACE AT LOCAL COLLEGES. STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES INVOLVING SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, AND MATH. SESSIONS ARE LED BY COLLEGE FACULTY AND PROFESSIONALS IN THE STEM FIELDS. STEMLINK WAS HELD ON APRIL 26, 2024 AND MAY 15-16, 2024.
