THE REAL ESTATE FOUNDATION MANAGED THE DEVELOPMENT OF A RESIDENCE HALL, ROUNTREE COMMONS, WHICH WAS PUT INTO USE AT THE END OF AUGUST 2012. THE REAL ESTATE FOUNDATION CONTRACTED A THIRD PARTY TO MANAGE THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF ROUNTREE COMMONS AFTER CONSTRUCTION WAS COMPLETED IN 2012. A SECOND RESIDENCE HALL, BRIDGEWAY COMMONS, WAS CONSTRUCTED AND PUT INTO USE IN AUGUST 2013. THE REAL ESTATE FOUNDATION LEASED BRIDGEWAY COMMONS TO THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN - PLATTEVILLE AND ALL DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE RESIDENCE HALL ARE MANAGED BY THE UNIVERSITY.
