THE UW - PLATTEVILLE FOUNDATION, INC. EXISTS EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN - PLATTEVILLE. ITS SPECIFIC ROLE IS TO PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDS TO AID UW-PLATTEVILLE IN FULFILLING ITS MISSION SUCCESSFULLY. THE FOUNDATION IS INVOLVED IN FUNDRAISING, FUND MANAGEMENT, AND FUND DISBURSEMENT.

TO ACCEPT, ACQUIRE, LEASE, HOLD, DEVELOP, OPERATE, MANAGE, SELL, TRANSFER AND OTHERWISE DEAL IN REAL ESTATE FOR FUTHERANCE OF THE PURPOSES OF THE UW-PLATTEVILLE FOUNDATION, INC.

ASSIST AND SUPPORT HOMELESS FAMILIES IN GRANT COUNTY TO MOVE INTO AND MAINTAIN PERMANENT HOUSING.
