BCHRA RECEIVED FUNDS THROUGH MN HOUSING'S IMPACT FUND PROGRAM TO PROVIDE REHAB LOANS TO ELIGIBLE HOMEOWNERS IN FILLMORE AND HOUSTON COUNTIES WHO FALL BETWEEN THE MN HOUSING REHAB LOAN PROGRAM AND THE MN HOUSING FIX UP FUND LOAN PROGRAM. IN FY2023 BCHRA CONTINUED TO RECEIVE MINNESOTA CITIES PARTICIPATION PROGRAM FUNDS FOR LOCAL PARTICIPATING LENDERS TO HELP PEOPLE PURCHASE HOMES THROUGH MN HOUSING'S START UP AND/OR STEP UP LOAN PROGRAMS. BCHRA ALSO CONTINUED TO PROVIDE SAFE AND AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING UNIT OPTIONS AT VESTERHEIM MANOR APARTMENTS LOCATED IN PRESTON, HARMONY MANOR APARTMENTS IN HARMONY, AND SPRING GROVE MANOR APARTMENTS IN SPRING GROVE.
