FOUR SEASON ACRES HOUSING DEVELOPMENT - BCHRA PARTNERS WITH THE CITY OF SPRING GROVE TO ADMINISTER THE CITY'S TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT FOR ITS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT.THE BLUFF COUNTRY MULTI COUNTY HRA ACQUIRED, TO PRESERVE THE AFFORDABLE RENTAL UNITS, AND REHABBED VESTERHEIM MANOR APARTMENTS IN 2013. VESTERHEIM MANOR CONSISTS OF 16 AFFORDABLE RENTAL UNITS.
