THIS PROGRAM HELPS LEADERS IDENTIFY AND PRIORITIZE STRENGTHS AND IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES, HELPING ORGANIZATIONS FOCUS, ALIGN, AND OPTIMIZE RESOURCES. IN 2022, PEN CONDUCTED 7 PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE AWARD ASSESSMENTS AND 12 NON-AWARD ASSESSMENTS.EDUCATION:PEN PROVIDES TRAINING, WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS, CONFERENCES TO LEADERS, PROFESSIONALS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL SECTORS OF THE ECONOMY (BUSINESS, EDUCATION, HEALTHCARE, NONPROFITS, AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES).
