PROVIDE A VENUE FOR COMMUNITY GROUPS TO HAVE SHOWS AND EVENTS. PROVIDE A VENUE FOR THE PRODUCTIONS OF NON-PROFIT THEATER GROUPS. PROVIDE A VENUE FOR CONCERTS, COMMUNITY TALENT SHOWS, AND OTHER ART EXPERIENCES TO THE COMMUNITY.
