TO PRESERVE AND IMPROVE NEIGHBORHOOD COMMUNITIES, WORK IN PARTNERSHIP ESTABLISHING SAFE NEIGHBORHOODS AND BUILD RELATIONSHIPS. NEIGHBORHOOD GROUPS ENGAGE IN COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES INCLUDING NATIONAL NIGHT OUT, BLOCKPARTIES, FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATIONS AND NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN UPS THE SCNC WORKS WITH THE CENTRAL MN INITIATIVE FOUNDATION AND OTHER FUNDING RESOURCES ENABLING THE NEIGHBORHOODS TO STRENGTHEN THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC VIABILITY OF THEIR NEIGHBORHOODS. THE SCNC BENEFITS APPROXIMATELY 43,000 ST CLOUD RESIDENTS.
