INTEGRATED NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION STRATEGY AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDED VALUABLE INFORMATION AND RESOURCES FOR PROSPECTIVE FIRST-TIME HOMEOWNERS. PARTICIPANTS WERE ENGAGED IN BUDGETING AND OTHER FINANCIAL-RELATED ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE THE MATERIAL WAS COMPREHENDED. THE PROGRAM RECEIVED POSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM THE PARTICIPANTS.
